Shipping Carriers

We ship your orders using trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services. Please note that orders are processed only after payment is accepted.


Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
  • Processing Days: Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) during Eastern Standard Time hours.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before the cut-off time 05:00 pm (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time – New York) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Holidays: Our processing schedule excludes major postal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Once processed, your order will follow the estimated delivery time frames below. Please note that these times are estimates and not guarantees; delays may occur once your order is in transit.

  • Standard Delivery
    • Handling Time: 1-3 business days
    • Transit Time: 7-25 business days
    • Shipping Fee: $4.99
    • Shipping Days: Monday – Friday
  • Fast Delivery
    • Handling Time: 1-2 business days
    • Transit Time: 10-15 business days
    • Shipping Fee: $14.99
    • Shipping Days: Monday – Friday

Note: Delivery Time is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. Allow 3-7 days for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.


Order Tracking

After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow 1-2 days for processing. You will then receive a tracking notification, which you can use to monitor your package online. If tracking details have not updated by the estimated arrival date, please contact our support team for assistance.


Incorrect Address Policy

To ensure prompt delivery, please verify your shipping address at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may lead to:

  • Delays due to our team needing to contact you for updates.
  • Orders being delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.
  • Additional shipping fees for returned orders.

Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel.

  • Personalized Orders: For items requiring customization, additional time may be needed for design and approval based on the complexity of your request.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
